Permanently delete your Arnoc Pro-Wash account and personal data

You can permanently delete your Arnoc Pro-Wash account and the personal data associated with it at any time, either directly in the app or by contacting us.

Delete from the app (recommended)

  1. Open the Arnoc app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Accounts with active bookings must complete or cancel those bookings before deletion. Deletion takes effect immediately once confirmed.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email arnoccarcareofficial@gmail.com from a contactable address and include the mobile number registered to your account. We will verify ownership and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

  • Deleted: your mobile number, name, profile details, saved addresses and vehicles linked to your identity, sign-in credentials, and notification tokens.
  • Kept (anonymized): order and payment records without personal identifiers, retained as required for accounting, tax, and legal obligations.
