• Technical data such as app version, device type, notification tokens, and service logs for reliability and security.

• To schedule, perform, and confirm booked services.
• To process payments and maintain transaction records.
• To provide support, issue notifications, and improve service quality.
• To prevent fraud, misuse, and unauthorized account activity.

3. Data sharing and disclosure

Arnoc does not sell personal information. Data may be shared only with service partners, payment processors (such as Razorpay), technology vendors, or legal authorities when necessary to deliver services, process payments, or comply with law.

4. Location data

With your permission, the app uses your device's location to auto-fill delivery and service addresses. Location access is optional and used only while you are using the app; you can withdraw permission at any time in your device settings.

5. Retention period

Arnoc retains data for as long as needed to provide services, complete legal/accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Information no longer required is deleted or anonymized in line with internal controls.

6. Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, encrypted transmission (HTTPS), and secure storage, to reduce unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure risk.

7. User rights

• Request a copy of personal data maintained by Arnoc.
• Request correction of inaccurate profile data.
• Request deletion of account data where legally permissible.
